* The tutorial leaves a lot to be desired, most of the game mechanics I've had to explain to friends who have started playing, early on in its early access Factorio had similar issues and it has a great scenario based tutorial now, so that may be a place to draw inspiration I have a few suggestions, I figure at least a few of these will be on your radar, but I'll list the rough points I've run into, along with a few suggestions. I played a decent amount of the demo, and now that the early release is here I've played about 16 hours since you launched it (please send help this game is consuming me). New resources: high pressure water (similar to hp) and pipes.Īdditionally, water tanks (of all three types) should be able to connect to the water supply and convert high pressure water back. Types of water pipe: Straight, bend, y and x junctions, straight with valve, faucet (converts high pressure water back to water and floods the surrounding area)

Water supply pipe - similar to power shafts, used to transport high pressure water. My proposal consists of adding three new buildings and two resources to the game:Ī new water pump (or the same repurposed) - needs access to water and power, generates high pressure water

The only other option to add green space to the map is to open channels with dynamite and dams, and that's expensive and not always possible, as water doesn't flow uphill. Currently, the irrigation tower system doesn't work, it needs too many beavers carrying water and almost always dries up overnight.
